Lesley was born and educated in London, England.
After leaving college Lesley worked for Midland Bank in London for several years before deciding to embark on a new adventure and moving to Dubai in 1986.
After meeting her future husband she moved to Qatar and then onto Kuwait, Oman, India and back to Dubai in 1998.
Lesley first encountered hypnotherapy in Kuwait after beginning to develop quite a phobia of driving on the highways, and experienced first-hand what a difference, and how quickly, a few sessions can make. Becoming more and more intrigued with this exciting therapy, she pursued her practitioner training in 1993.
With her eyes now well and truly opened, Lesley began what would become an enduring fascination with the possibilities of complementary therapies.
In 1996 she began her study of Reiki, undertaking courses in the UK and India, achieving Reiki Master Certification in 1999. After a further year of study Lesley became a Teaching Reiki Master and is now committed to passing on this wonderful knowledge and powerful healing ability to others.
Continuing her fascination with healing energies, Lesley began studying crystal healing and after several years of study qualified as an Advanced Crystal Healer in 2003 with The Crystal Academy of Advanced Healing Arts in Hawaii.
The study of Emotional Freedom Technique was the next obvious choice enabling Lesley to combine all her knowledge and experience of working with mind-body-soul therapies into one potent package known as Energy Psychology.
